hyphen, an academic business and publishing consultancy company, is looking to cover the vacancy of a full time ELT Research and Development Manager. The post is based in hyphen's central premises in Thessaloniki, Greece. Main areas of the job description include:

  • ELT market research planning and management
  • ELT marketing planning and implementation
  • New LET markets training and support
  • MAnagement of the development consultants team
  • Moderate travelling in Europe

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a BA and a MEd or TESOL/TEFL Qualification
  • Be fluent in English; fluency in Greek is a plus
  • Be familiar with ELT saleable products and services
  • Be famililar with ELT sales and marketing strategies
  • Be an EU citizen or hold a legal permit of residence
  • Have at least 7 years of ELT experience
  • Have a clean EU driving license
  • Be computer literate
  • Have a proven rapport with teachers and school owners
  • Have a proven record of successful public presentations
  • Be permanently based in Thessaloniki or willing to move
  • Teacher training experience is a plus
