"As a leader, it is not knowledge, money, degrees, or social standing that you need for success so much as a sixth sense, intuition, and a seventh sense, vision. They are the fruits of a work on unity of being, responsibility, fearlessness. In one word: integrity as the central quality of leadership"
Prof. Stefano D'Anna

Business Integrity Seminar in Thessaloniki, 8 December 2008 (in English)

Companies die young. The integrity of the leader, his pragmatic utopia, the capacity to nourish the corporate genetic patrimony of ideas, values and principles are the basic ingredients of longevity and success.

This unique seminar guides the participant through a far-reaching exploration of personal values and beliefs, comparing ancient traditions and modern Schools of thought, probing the themes of integrity and fearlessness as the central qualities of leadership.

The aim of the Integrity seminar is to promote entrepreneurship and enhance leadership teaching participants to rely on freedom and creativity to become passionate and responsible leaders. The Integrity Seminar is led by Professor Stefano D’Anna, author of 'The School for Gods' and Rector of the European School of Economics.
